MESOGEOS S.A. constructs in the city of Patras the largest project of Smart Water Network in Greece. This project includes 46 local stations which remotely control and monitor all the electromechanical infrastructures at drilling, tanks and pumping station. Also 79 local pressure controlling stations which automatically regulate the downstream pressure of the water supply network are constructed in order to reduce leakages, energy consumption and the operational cost. For the proper control and supervision of all individual stations a specialized software is developed like SCADA and GIS. Also, in cooperation with IBM a state of the art platform was installed for the dynamic integration of all information into a single base.
